Dear manager and all the staff, We Eric and Hannie Woolsey-were lucky enough to stay in your beautiful resort from 5-11 July. Our break was organized by our son Mark. We just would like to say how very much we enjoyed our time with you-we found all the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nothing ever seemed to much trouble. You even looked after our son when he arrived at the hotel bleeding from a wound on his leg.Also the fact that you let us have our room till we left for the airport was much appreciated,particularly as we were caught in a monsoon just before we left!We loved the swimmingpool, the beach ,our room and the position of the hotel. We must give a special mention to the maitre of the restaurant( I have forgotten his name, but he has an enormous smile and has worked in Holland.)He gave us splendid advice about the food and the wine and always had time for a little chat.The food was invariably delicious. We also had a lovely trip all around the island in one of your cars. All in all we had a really great time, and we won't hesitate to recommend you to any of our friends who are thinking of going to Koh Samui.We wish you great success with the hotel and also your new venture which is opening next week I believe. All the very best to all of you and we hope to return some day !!!

The guest reception is brilliant, really friendly and helpful. The housekeeping is lovely, cleean and tidy. We loved the fish with the sweets at night time. The restaurant was really good with a very nice food. Thank you We had a brilliant time..

All staff were very helpful and very willing to help with all my queries. The housekeeping was absolutely excellent. My room was always spotless for my return. The food was excellent and good value for the quality. The Tour Service again was very helpful. I particularly appreciated being taken to Big Buddha by the hotel „taxi“. My stay was perfect and I was made to feel very welcome! Thank you very much.

The reception was always there and extremely helpful. The housekeeping staff was excellent, thorough and non-intrusive. We enjoyed the bar and the restaurant. The breakfast was always very good. The tour staff was extremely helpful in recommending and booking tours. Honestly, this place is nicer (calmer, better services & amenities) than we were expecting. No improvements needed.

Our stay at Punnpreeda Hip was from October 24 through November 4, 2009. During our time there we had terrific relaxing vacation. We found all staff from Reception, through Restaurant, Housekkeping, Security & Maintenance, very accommodating & exptremely friendly. We can say nothing but nice things about the staff. Our room was great with a very comfortable King Bed. Only one complaint, hot water runs out quickly & is not high pressure but cool showers aren\'t so bad given high temperatures of Samui. Grounds are lush, tropical, neat & private. The location of the Resort is good, if you want to be away from the crazy madness of Chaweng, which is only a short 10 minute drive away. The Resort offers a FREE shuttle service into Chaweng leaving at 3:00pm returning at 9:30pm each day.
The pool is nice & overlooks the beach just a few metres away. Across the road from resort are to Pharmacies, Thai massage, car & scooter hire, small boutique. 100 metres down the road is a 7/11 Store to buy all manner of goods. Cocktails, beer & food in Restaurant is inexpensive. Thre are several other eateries very nearby. There is no need to leave the Resort if thats the style of holiday you want.
When leaving Punpreeda, it actually upsetting to say goodbye to Resort staff, that helped to make our stay so nice. We can honestly say we made FRIENDS with many members of staff & we are going to maintain contact with them via email. We have also decided to return to Punnpreeda next year should all go well for us.
Can highly recommend Punnpreeda but shhhh don\'t tell anyone as we want to keep it as a secret.
